Your Digestive System is responsible for breaking down the food that you eat into smaller particles, nourishing the cells in your body and providing you with energy. During the digestive process there are bacteria, yeast, acids and other organisms that help to breakdown the food we take in. In digestive system upset emotion and hormones play a big role, especially in women. During a woman’s cycle abdominal pain, bloating, gas and changes in stool consistency can be experienced. Nausea due to a stressful situation like public speaking or indigestion (gassy sensations) due to fear are just a couple of examples on how our emotion affect our digestion.

Bonus Tip
I am a big believer that you should bless your food before eating. There are many execution’s that need to be maid before your food is even on your table. There is the farm land the food was produced on; those who harvested your food; the transporter of your produce; the manufacturing/ warehouse where the food is processed and stored; the transporter of the finished product; the people who arranged them on the shelves and finally the casher as you purchase said food.
Do you realize how many hands and energy fields your food went through before it even got to you? There could be negative energy surrounding your food, be it because on inhumane practices, disgruntled worker or nasty soil/environment. That is why this bonus tip is so important. Take the time to pray over your food no matter your spiritual following. It does not have to be this big elaborate ritual, just a simple prayer and/or saying of thanks for the food that earth produced. By doing so you are changing the energy frequency of your food to a higher vibration.
In this world we are participating in, our connection to everything and everyone is real. Gratitude goes a long way in not only honoring the planet but your participation in this 3D reality.
